I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore relationships, conflict, life transitions, and the challenges that can leave us feeling stuck or disconnected. Drawing from Bowen Family Systems Theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy, I help clients better understand relationship patterns, strengthen communication, and develop new ways of responding.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard, and understood.
